While in the possession of DOMA Technologies, the physical security of the documents is never compromised and involves three phases of monitoring; video surveillance of all facility entry points, swipe key access to designated sections of the facility and entrance alarms at all entry points.
DOMA staff, maintaining the highest level of integrity and security during the conversion process, tracks a full audit of boxes from intake to destruction. At each defined step in the document conversion process, only authorized and designated DOMA staff members handle customer information. Information is first verified and confirmed at the customer site and securely transported back to a designated DOMA conversion facility in a DOMA vehicle.During the conversion process, documents are always stored in a secure warehouse facility with key card access and video surveillance monitoring.
