Paper claims processing is time consuming and expensive. Electronic claims processing is fast, easy and more accurate. While traditional paper processing can take over a month, our streamlined solution can cut that to about a week, giving you reduced claim handling costs and a faster turnaround time.
DOMA automates the time consuming and error prone task of claims processing. We retrieve medical records from healthcare providers in multiple formats including mail, fax, and scanned documents, and convert them into a Portable Document Format (pdf) that can be accessed through DOMA's secure iCharts application. The types of patient records that can be imported into the DOMA system include medical charts, x-rays, MRI's, and lab results to name a few. Concise and detailed reports give you a summary of all claims to help expedite processing. Security and privacy are important, and our claims processing service follows HIPAA standards.
