Welcome Amber Oborsky, DOMA's New Human Resources Coordinator

Virginia Beach, VA, May 7, 2019 –

The DOMA team is growing at a rapid pace. With new job openings consistently being posted and the launch of our revitalized internship program, there is more pressure than ever on our Human Resources department. It is with this need in mind that we are excited to welcome Amber Oborsky as DOMA’s newest Human Resources Coordinator. 

Amber will be assisting our HR Manager, LaBarbara Vann, with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, employee professional development, and providing administrative support to all DOMA employees. Amber joins us with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Administration and a double minor in Community Leadership and Environmental Studies from the University of North Florida.

Her previous experience as a Human Resources Administrator at Clarabridge and her passion for community outreach have made her a great fit so far at DOMA. Not only has Amber already made a significant impact within HR, but she has plugged into DOMA Culture as well by joining the DOMA Ignite team where she will help implement cultural initiatives and activities based on fun. Most recently she was a part of DOMA Derby Day, a digital horse racing event in celebration of the Kentucky Derby that included prizes for selecting the winning racer in four digital races and a best hat/best-dressed competition.
